The Balsam Centre is here to improve your quality of life by offering services that are simple to access, enjoyable, and with benefits we hope will last a lifetime. All this in a friendly, vibrant space, where many people come in every day for meetings, activities and creative or quiet time.

We want you to be a part of it, and there are lots of different ways to get involved.

Participate

Join a class, drop in at the Chat Café, meet other parents at a play session or take a health walk – there are lots of opportunities to get out of the house and try new things, meet new people and look after your wellbeing all at the same time.

The Balsam Centre is supported by 132 active volunteers, members of our local community who cook, walk, garden, mentor, guide and assist in many of the groups and activities we offer… and we’re always looking for more!
