What to expect

This isn’t a formal meeting. It’s a relaxed, hosted conversation with prompts on the tables, space to reflect, doodle, write, or talk things through.

We’ll explore questions like:

• What really supports your wellbeing day to day?

• What gets in the way?

• What people, places or organisations help - or feel missing?

• What role could The Balsam Centre play in future?

There are no right answers. You don’t need to prepare anything. 

There will be cake, hot drinks and friendly faces.

Please note, this is a facilitated session rather than a drop-in. Please arrive at the start time and plan to stay until the session finishes. There will be time at the beginning to grab a warm drink before we begin.
