Relaxation & wellbeing
Sound bath meditation
Every other Tuesday, 7pm - 8.15pm, at The Balsam Centre
Feeling the need to pause and take a breath, to turn down the noise of the outside world and tune back into yourself? Come and bathe in the relaxing, restorative vibrations of healing sound.
A sound bath meditation is a journey through sound into a place of stillness. Whether we’re feeling stuck in our thoughts or experiencing discomfort of some kind, the frequencies created by healing instruments and the human voice wash over and through us, helping to release tension and restore our internal flow and balance.
The vibrations slow down our brainwaves, our heart rate and our breathing. Our nervous system begins to settle and we enter into a state of deep relaxation. This allows a space for our system to switch off and reset. In these moments of stillness creative ideas and solutions often to come to us as well.

£10 per session. Reserve your place by emailing Claire at claire.haggard@icloud.com
