A secular meditation group, helping you to rest and relax, and reduce your levels of stress.
Activity description
The benefits of mindfulness are proven to prevent depression reoccurring and reduce anxiety and worry, so if you are struggling or feeling overwhelmed these sessions can help. The group is run by Sue, a very experienced teacher. You must book to join this class. Free to attend with voluntary small donation to The Balsam Centre if you're able to.
