If you’re feeling overwhelmed or exhausted, or you’re struggling with your mental health, Step into Nature offers a gentle way to reconnect - with yourself and the natural world around you. This free eight-week course is designed to help you find moments of peace, breathe a little easier, and rediscover a sense of calm through the healing power of nature. There’s no pressure - just a chance to slow down, explore a beautiful outdoor space at your own pace, and take part in simple, fulfilling activities. You’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, meet supportive people, and experience the quiet yet powerful benefits of spending time in nature. Many who join us say they leave feeling lighter, more peaceful, and more motivated. Along the way, you can also gain practical outdoor skills, contribute to wildlife conservation, and even build experience that might help with future work or voluntary opportunities.
