Festive wellbeing
The festive season can affect our mental wellbeing in lots of different ways, from worrying about money and the pressure to create the ‘perfect’ Christmas when budgets are tight, to feeling lonely if we don’t have many people around us, or feel we have to act differently around others at this time of year.
The Balsam Centre will be running various events to support people who might be struggling with these issues in the build-up to the festive season. We also offer regular weekly sessions that can help if you’re feeling isolated, or need some advice and support.
The Balsam Centre is open until 4pm on Christmas Eve when we will close for the Christmas period. We reopen on Monday 4 January 2027.
